  • two tablespoons black cocoa

  • 300 g flour
  • a sachet of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 200 ml of milk.

RECIPE PREPARATION Marbled cake with nuts and fruits:

Add sifted flour together with baking powder. Mix with a spatula, with folding movements, so as not to remove the air from the composition. Heat the milk until it reaches the boiling point and melt the butter in the hot milk.

Add the mixture of hot milk and butter to the composition. Mix well. Pour the composition into the pan, level with a spatula. Bake the cake with warm milk for 35-40 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.

After the warm milk cake cools down a bit, we can turn it over on a plate for complete cooling. We can powder it with sugar before serving. We promise it is delicious and all children will be happy to find it in the package!

For the countertop:
200 g flour
100 g butter
100 g sugar

For caramel:
a box of condensed milk (350-400 g) - in Bucharest you can find from Nestle, at Arab stores
125 g butter
30 g maple syrup or honey

For the glaze:
200 g milk chocolate
1 cube of butter
1-2 tablespoons of milk

Flour, sugar and butter rub between your fingers until you get some crumbs. Sprinkle evenly in a tray (20/30 cm) lined with baking paper and press well with the palm. Bake for about 30 minutes on low heat (160 C).

Separately, mix the caramel components in a kettle. Put the kettle first on high heat, until the composition starts to boil, then turn the heat to low and keep for about 20-30 minutes. Stir constantly. Attention, at the beginning, when the composition is more liquid, it tends to catch fire, in this case, it will be taken off the fire periodically, in order to lower the foam that rises. The caramel should come out thick, light brown.
After the countertop has cooled, pour the caramel over it and spread evenly with a spoon. Let the cake cool for about half an hour.

For the icing, melt the chocolate and spread it over the cake. I added a cube of butter and a little milk to the icing. Let the cake cool until the icing hardens, then cut into pieces.

Fruit cake

Wash the fruit carefully. The cherries are cleaned of seeds. Boil water and sugar and leave on the fire for about 2-3 minutes. Add the cherries and boil for 1 minute, then let them cool completely and remove. The syrup formed is mixed with rum essence and is used to syrup the top.

Whisk the egg whites with the sugar and cold water. Separately in a bowl mix the yolks with salt, vanilla and oil.
Over the yolks add the egg whites, flour, flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Stir gently until incorporated.

The obtained composition is put in a form (25 diameter) lined with baking paper and placed in the oven heated to 180 C. It is left to bake for about 20 minutes, until the sample is pressed - to return to its original shape.

Allow to cool completely then cut into 3 equal sheets.

In a bowl add gelatin soaked in cold milk, sugar, eggs and mix. Place the bowl on the Baine-Marie, stirring occasionally. When it has thickened, take the bowl off the steam bath and let the cream cool completely.

Mix the cream with whipped cream, rum essence and mix until you get a uniform composition.

On a plate, place the first sheet of countertop, soak it with cherry syrup and add a layer of diplomat cream. Pour the cream with the powder on the entire surface of the worktop, add the cherries and raspberries.

Place the second sheet on the counter, soak in syrup, add the cream and then the red currants and raspberries.

The third sheet of countertop is dipped on the inside with syrup then placed over the cream and fruit. Decorate with diplomat cream on the edge and form hazelnuts and stars on top.

The cake is decorated with cherries, raspberries, apricots, red currants and chocolate. Keep cold until serving.

Top: beat the egg whites well, add 1 tablespoon of sugar in a row, add the coconut, mixing lightly, flour and baking powder.

Place in a rectangular tray greased with solid margarine and lined with flour.

Bake until it comes off the edges, the color turns pink and the core no longer sticks to the test with the toothpick.

Cream: 2 tablespoons flour, 250 ml milk let the mixture cool, then add 1 tablespoon per 150 grams of butter rubbed with 150 grams of powdered sugar.

Flavor the cream with grated peel from 1 orange and incorporate the juice from 1 orange.

Put the cream on top of the cooled countertop, dust it abundantly with coconut flakes.
