Mix the egg whites with the sugar.
Over the egg whites, add the yolks, then the flour and lightly incorporate with a spatula.
Pour the composition into a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees in the preheated oven.
Moisten a kitchen towel well and turn the roll over. Roll with a towel and leave to cool.
Mix the fresh liquid. In half of the cream we add melted white chocolate, and in the other half we add chocolate and cocoa cream.
Grease the roll with white chocolate cream, roll and cut the ends so as to give it the shape of a stump. Cover with brown chocolate cream and with a fork draw stripes on the entire surface of the roll.
Sprinkle with coconut and add ornaments as desired. Good appetite!
