Knead the pizza dough:
sift the flour in a bowl, separately mix the yeast cube with salt and a little sugar and add over the flour.
Add warm water and knead well with the oil, then refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, the olives are cleaned of seeds, the ham and pepper are cut into strips, the tomato and salami are sliced and the cheese is grated.
In the tray in which baking paper was placed, place the pizza top with thicker edges.
Grease with ketchup, sprinkle a little oregano, then cheese, salami, ham, peppers, olives and tomatoes, and finally add a little cheese and oregano.
Put it in the already hot oven, and leave it for 15-20 minutes. at the right fire.
Remove, slice and serve hot with ketchup.
